Project Description

As the Senior Digital Storyteller at Neighborhood Centers, I communicate the Neighborhood Centers story by creating, developing and managing content strategy for Neighborhood Centers’ online platforms including social media profiles, agency websites, online communications, and other special projects. In 2016, my role shifted to more of an analytics-based position.

In my role:
I grew our Facebook presence from 1,000 followers to more than 7,000 followers.
I grew our Twitter presence from 2,000 to more than 6,000 followers.
Our cumulative social media likes are currently at the 27,000+ fans.
I helped to lead a team that rebuilt the Agency website from the ground up.
I led a team to build an internal social media platform which helped more than 1,000 employees communicate with one another.
I put together a team of 100+ internal social media ambassadors to increase our reach on social media.
I trained more than 200 employees on using social media platforms.
I managed 4 company websites through WordPress and custom built CMS systems.
