Spotify Workout Playlist of the Week

 

 

Music is a huge part of my workout, and I honestly wouldn’t find working out enjoyable if I couldn’t bop around to some music. I am that person who dances on the treadmill! Shamelessly, I might admit. Why work out if you’re not even going to make it fun?

I thought you guys might want to know what gets me through my workouts each week. I don’t recycle the same playlist, I actually take great care to curate a playlist I can shuffle and enjoy for a full week.
