Dairy Free Peanut Butter and Banana Ice Cream

Sometimes you have a hankering for something sweet and it WILL NOT GO AWAY. I made this peanut butter and banana ice cream and it has become my new go-to for ice cream.

I’ve ruined my clean eating streak so many times because of those crazy sweet cravings. I can’t buy pints of ice cream, or little sweet snacks because I can’t trust myself to just have one (my sweet tooth is so evil).

A friend at work told me about using bananas as a base for ice cream, and I decided to try it.

I made ice cream with 4 ingredients, no dairy and I didn’t feel guilty at all about eating it.
