1 tablespooon old bay
2 teaspoons paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
3 egg whites

Coat chicken in egg whites and then crushed pork rinds.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. They are fully cooked at 165 degrees Fahrenheit
