Copycat Starbucks Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso

Remake this trendy drink at home. 


  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoons brown sugar (Starbucks uses brown sugar syrup)
  • 3 oz blonde espresso
  • 3 ounces of ice
  • 10 ounces oatmilk


  1. In a heat safe cup, add cinnamon and brown sugar. 
  2. Brew your espresso over the cinnamon and brown sugar and swirl to mix until brown sugar dissolves. 
  3. Add in ice over the espresso
  4. Pour over oatmlik
  5. Add an extra dash of cinnamon.
