- 1.5 tablespoons of sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 5 ounces of plain Greek yogurt
- 4 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins Plain Collagen Peptides (or a protein powder that dissolves well).
- Sea Salt for the top (optional)
Instructions
- In a heat-safe dish, melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips in the microwave. Microwave for 30 seconds, stop and stir, and microwave for 30 more seconds. Set aside.
- In your yogurt cup, mix the Greek yogurt and collagen peptides thoroughly until the collagen is dissolved, and there’s no trace of any clumps or powder.
- Add in your sliced strawberries and mix them in with the yogurt.
- Pour chocolate sauce over the top of the mixture.
- Freeze the cups for 15 minutes.
- Remove the cups from the freezer, grab a spoon, crack the top and enjoy!

- I use plain greek yogurt for this recipe. You could use a flavored yogurt, but it may add carbs. Be sure to read labels. Plain Greek yogurt is your best bet.
- For sugar-free chocolate chips, I recommend either ChocZero or Lily’s.
