Description

Delicious and fresh pico de gallo in just a few minutes!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 6-8 vine ripened Tomatoes
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1 serrano pepper with seeds (jalapenos and Habaneros may be used as alternatives)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice
  • 1 bunch Cilantro

Instructions

  • Finely chop tomato, onion, serrano peppers, and cilantro and add them to a bow. 
  • Add lime juice and salt, and toss until ingredients are coated. 
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour and enjoy.
