- 6–8 vine ripened Tomatoes
- 1/2 white onion
- 1 serrano pepper with seeds (jalapenos and Habaneros may be used as alternatives)
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Lime juice
- 1 bunch Cilantro
Instructions
- Finely chop tomato, onion, serrano peppers, and cilantro and add them to a bow.
- Add lime juice and salt, and toss until ingredients are coated.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour and enjoy.
