Description
A spicy and flavorful dish that will be a favorite on your thanksgiving dinner table. Note that this will feed six, so if you’re having a Thanksgiving for two, you’ve got some good leftovers to work with!

- 1 tablespoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon mustard seed
- 2 tablespoons of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 3 pounds Turkey breast
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
- Line a baking sheet with foil
- In a bowl, mix together all of your spices and set aside.
- Place the turkey breast on your baking sheet and coat with olive oil
- Then, generously coat your turkey breast in the spices.
- Place in the oven for 20 minutes on high, then reduce the temperature to 350 degrees F for 40 minutes, or until a meat thermometer placed in the center reads 165 degrees.
- Take out of the oven and let the meat rest for 15 minutes.
- Slice open for great tasting, and moist turkey.
- Dress with whatever you’d like and enjoy.
- To store – be sure to slice the turkey, wrap it in parchment paper and keep it in an airtight container. It will freeze for a month, and keep for 5 days in the refrigerator.
