Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Description

A delicious, sweet and tangy apple cider vinegar salad dressing for your next salad. 


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Juice of one lime
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add apple cider vinegar, lime juice,  honey, garlic and dijon mustard.
  2. Whisk together to combine.
  3. Then, drizzle in extra virgin olive oil slowly until mixture has thickened slightly and the ingredients are all combined.

Notes

  • Use a tablespoon at a time to dress your salad.  
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks. 
  • You can make this with a bowl and a whisk, or you can whip this up in a mini food processor. Both are easy and perfectly fine ways to make the dressing.
