Description
One of my absolute favorite compound butters.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon Almond Extract
- 1 stick of butter
Instructions
- Drop all of your ingredients into a mixing bowl and whip them on high for 3 minutes until the ingredients are fully mixed.
- Scoop your butter out onto parchment paper or plastic wrap and roll it into the shape of your choice.
- Stick it into an airtight container for safekeeping in the fridge. You can also cut it into cubes and freeze it making it easy to use when you need it.
