Description

A great copycat attempt at the Starbucks Apple Crisp Macchiato that tastes just like an apple crisp.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 teaspoon Brown sugar*
  • 1/4 oz Vanilla syrup*
  • 1 ounce apple juice OR Apple Puree
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp Ginger
  • 2 oz Espresso
  • 6 oz Steamed oat milk
  • Whipped Topping & Caramel drizzle*

Instructions

  • Add your spices and vanilla syrup to your espresso glass and brew the espresso over. Froth your milk and add apple purée, stir.
  • Pour milk into glass, followed by espresso. Top with whipped cream and caramel drizzle.

Notes

  1. Anything with a * means there’s a sugar-free version available! I used sugar-free ingredients there to keep the carb count a bit lower.
  2. Oat milk is going to be higher carb typically, and you can always sub for unsweetened almond milk if you want.
  3. You can make this an iced version, just fill your glass with ice and you’re good to go!
  4. Carb count is calculated with sugar-free ingredients as noted above. If you use full sugar ingredients, you will need to recalculate your macros.
