A delicious pizza crust alternative with a lower carbohydrate count.
Ingredients

For the Dough
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oregano
For The Toppings
- 1 cup Pepperonis
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons Oregano to sprinkle on top.
- Olive oil for drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add shredded mozzarella cheese 2 tbsp cream cheese and salt. Microwave until the cheese has melted together (about one minute).
- Incorporate the cheese mixture until it’s well-mixed and add in the egg. Continue to stir and then add in almond flour.
- Place the dough between two pieces of parchment, roll it out until thin. Bake the crust for 15 minutes or until cheese is golden and has set in place.
- Remove the crust from the oven, and top with mozzarella, and pepperoni. Bake for another 15 minutes.
- Remove the crust and top with oregano and olive oil.
- Cut the pizza with a rolling pizza cutter, and enjoy!
