An easy version of homemade Old Bay seasoning!
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 Tablespoons Celery Salt
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground mustard seed
- 1/8 teaspoon Ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon Allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 3 Bay leaves
Instructions
- Combine all spices into a mini food processor
- Grind ingredients (Dry) until they have all come together to form a toasty red color.
- Transfer to an airtight glass container
- Keep spices blend for up to one month.
