Homemade Pumpkin Pie Coffee Creamer

Description

Pumpkin pie creamer for coffee or tea. Notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. 


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3 ounces of heavy whipping cream (or sub evaporated milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 ounce sugar-free vanilla syrup
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 8 ounces of coffee, or cold brew


Instructions

  1. You whip everything together (minus the coffee), until it’s thickened slightly and all incorporated. 
  2. Brew your coffee
  3. Fill your up with ice, and pour coffee in. Pour pumpkin cream over it.

Notes

  • You can sub evaporated milk. 
  • This will keep for up to a week in the fridge.
