Candied Bacon and a knife

Keto Low Carb Candied Bacon

Crispy, sweet, candied bacon.


  • 8 slices of thick cut bacon
  • ¼ cup Truvia Sweet Complete



  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. 
  2. Place a wire rack on top of a foil lined baking sheet
  3. Lay your bacon across the baking sheet, being sure to give each piece space. 
  4. Sprinkle Truvia Sweet Complete over the top of each piece. 
  5. Bake until the Truvia Sweet Complete Browns, and the bacon is crisp – about 20 minutes. 
  6. Remove from the oven, and let cool on the wire rack. 
  7. When cool, place the bacon on a cutting board, and give it a rough chop. 
  8. Use the bacon as a topping.
