Description
For this mango simple syrup, I used Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener, which sweetened my recipe perfectly without adding extra calories.

- 1 ripened mango (2 cups), diced
- 1 cup of filtered water
- 1 cup Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener
Instructions
- In a saucepan, add water, mango and Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated together.
- Let it come to a boil, and then add a sprig of rosemary, which will help infuse the flavor into the simple syrup.
- Once the mixture has boiled, and the fruit is completely soft, remove it from the heat, and let it cool to room temperature.
- Strain the mixture, and add it to a bottle for dispensing.
Notes
- This mixture yields one cup of syrup and can be stored at room temperature for one week.
- Sugar in the nutrition facts is coming from the fresh mango.
