oat nog in a glass

  • Author: Mila Clarke
  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 32 ounces of OatNog 1x
  • Diet: Diabetic

Making oatnog is quite simple! It’s a great alternative if you’re looking for a dairy-free version of eggnog, and it’s just as satisfying.

Units Scale

  1. Begin by soaking your oats in water for at least 15 minutes. The longer you soak them, the softer they become for blending.
  2. Add water and your oats to your blender.
  3. Add Truvia Sweet Complete to the blender.
  4. Turn on your blender and blend together the mixture.
  5. Strain the mixture and then add spices and vanilla.
  6. Allow the mixture to chill for an hour at minimum.
