This sweet and savory mango Pico hits the spot and pairs perfectly with my favorite mango rosemary margarita!

- 1 large mango, ripened, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 ounce, Mango Simple Syrup
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, add diced mango, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and red pepper.
- Drizzle one tablespoon of mango simple syrup on top and toss the Pico to combine all ingredients.
- Then, mix everything together to let the flavors meld and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Serve chilled, and enjoy!
Notes
- You can scoop it up with tortilla chips, or eat it by a spoonful. I also LOVE this Pico on fish like salmon or cod.
