Who wants to feel like they can’t eat the foods they enjoy? Or that they aren’t working hard enough for in-range blood sugar numbers? In the beginning, I struggled to find approachable resources to help me manage diabetes on a day-to-day basis.
So, I created this diabetes blog as a FREE resource to help you get unstuck, reduce the stigma and misinformation about diabetes, and most of all, put your mind at ease about your new life.
So let’s talk about food, self-care, and diabetes topics that sometimes feel like they’re off-limits. This is an open and safe space for you.
