Daily Harvest has been on my mind for a long while. If it has been on yours too, I have a promo code for you below so you can try it out! Keep reading.

When I first ran across Daily Harvest, It honestly seemed like something right up my alley. I love easy meals with fresh ingredients, and I loved their variety.

Something else that caught my eye was the ingredients in the Daily Harvest smoothies. There were a lot of things that I couldn’t find fresh myself, which was a huge bonus to me.

Daily Harvest Ingredients.

The other thing is that their smoothies are affordable. I love replacing my breakfast with these as a grab and go option. I just throw it in my blender, add the liquid of my choice, and blend away. Sometimes I like a little cream and collagen peptides in my smoothie, or I’ll add fiber in case I didn’t get enough that day.

I thought I would start off by reviewing the Dragon Fruit + Lychee smoothie for you guys! You can look forward to a review on each one I try!

The Sweet-tart lychee, bright pink dragon fruit, red beets, and strawberries blend up for a smoothie that’s equal parts, fruity and floral.

This Daily Harvest smoothie is jam-packed with Vitamin C and antioxidants for immune system health and brighter, happier skin. This helps boost immunity, reduce inflammation and helps your digestive system.

Organic Strawberry

Strawberries help burn stored fat, thanks to the anthocyanins that give them their red color. They also ease inflammation, promote bone health and lower the risk of heart disease.

Organic Lychee

A one-of-a-kind fruit with a distinctly sweet, floral flavor, lychee are from South East Asia, and packed with immune-supporting vitamin C.

Organic Dragon Fruit

Dragon fruit is mild in flavor, but brings high levels of vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants in the form of a pigment called indicaxanthin. Because if it’s high fiber content, it’s filling quite filling, and has a great taste that pairs with the other sweet and tart ingredients.

Organic Flax Seeds

Flax seeds are a rich source of micronutrients, dietary fiber, manganese, vitamin B1, and omega-3 fatty acids, which lower cholesterol and stabilize blood sugar.

Red Beets

Marked by a deep red color, beets are packed with minerals like folate, manganese, potassium, and copper, as well as antioxidants, keeping red blood cells healthy and oxygen-rich.

Daily Harvest Review of Dragon Fruit and Lychee Smoothie.

This has been my favorite smoothie so far. The ingredients complement each other well, and it’s certainly a filling smoothie. The overall nutrition facts don’t scare me away personally, as there’s no added sugar and a good amount of fiber from the fruits and veggies.
