Pinapple, Cherry and Cayenne Popsicles.

Share

It is the HOTTEST summer in Houston ever. I mean, I should know.

There’s honestly no better way to beat the heat than popsicles. It’s honestly my favorite way.

I ended up with some really cool Popsicle molds, and I thought about this ViSalus mix I got from the wonderful folks at Body By Vi. Something that struck me was the AMAZING transformations people have made while using ViSalus, and the great mission the company has.

I ended up with the “Sweet Cream” powder, and I decided that I wanted to incorporate it into my popcicles (but seriously, you can do ANYTHING with it.)

That’s how I ended up with Cherry Cayenne Pops. So delish, and ridiculously appropriate for the summer.

Check out the recipe below, and stop by ViSalus’ awesome Facebook page. You’ll be amazed at what they help people achieve.

  1. We chose to make frozen fruit pops with our new molds. The kids helped fill up the blender and of course eat them. I did the filling and placing in the freezer. I am not only going to share pictures of the process and of course the enjoyment of their consumption, but the recipe we used as well!
