All of us in Houston love the Houston Astros, so what better way to celebrate this upcoming season than scoring some food deals if you can’t make it to Minute Maid Park to catch our team Astros #TakeItBack in the World Series.
I like watching the games with a big group of Houstonians and feeling the floor shake when everyone is yelling and high fiving strangers.
Here are some places with perks! You can catch the game at some, and just hang out for Astros related deals at others.
Check out the list below for your hangout and some great Astros World Series deals.
Astros Deals in Houston
Here's a list of deals you can get during the Astros third World Series Run!
During Astros World Series games: Karbach Crawford Bock beers at Dish Society, priced at $4 per can during the game and $1 per can when the Astros hit a home run (which, as we know happens all the time).
During Astros World Series games: Lucille’s is one of my faves and they have Astros-themed mimosa carafes, from $27 Atluve with Prosecco and mango, to the $35 Verlander, a blue-tinged mimosa spiked with vodka. There’s also the Astros Shot Flight, $10, featuring a pina colada, cherry bombe, mango screwdriver and blue margarita. Um. I'm headed there ASAP.
During Astros World Series games: The All-Star Combo at BCK, available for $15 during the games. There's a barbecue bacon burger, fries and a beer. Watch the games, with sound, via the restaurant's 100-inch big screen projector. It's seriously huge and totally amazing.
During Astros World Series games: Enjoy a free ride to and from Minute Maid Park and a gourmet hot dog.
Options range from the Ballpark Classic, $14, featuring two Texas wagyu hot dogs with ketchup, mustard, relish and sauerkraut to the Break the Bank Frank, $124. A Texas wagyu hot dog is topped with a two-ounce A5 Japanese wagyu filet, sautéed main lobster in a truffle mustard beurre blanc and 24k gold edible flakes. Bougie for sure.
You'll literally hear the game at Jim Crane's place next to the ballpark. Enjoy Happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m., plus an Astros-themed frozen cocktail for $5.
