Did I work out?: Yes! That HRM shows my burn today. It’s the most I did this week. How? By dancing in my room, and a 10 minute abs routine. I also stretched this morning, but I’m not sure that I’d call it yoga.
How did I eat?: Not so great. I had a Fiber one bar and some water for breakfast, and then for lunch, I was caught in a meeting, and my boss bought us pizza. I got spinach, artichokes, and tomatoes on my slice, but it’s still pizza, haha. For dinner I had what I would have had for lunch – grilled chicken and broccoli. I also had some fruit snacks, and a Cascadian Farms granola bar.
What are my stats?: I weighed in this morning at 221.4. So I’m still where I started. I feel like I’m working really hard in workouts, but I’m only burning enough calories to maintain.
How do I feel? Accomplished, but still trying to convince myself that rome wasn’t built in a day, and I should chill.
