To be very honest, over the past few months losing weight hasn’t been my focus. At all. When I found out I was diabetic in May, I made it my mission to get my blood glucose in a normal place, and establish a routine. The doctor told me I needed to lose weight, but honestly, it has not been on my radar.
I did a body vlog, to help me track my progress. Now that I’m DEEP into working out, I’m really tracking my weight (I have a goal of losing 20 pounds by December per the doctor!) I’m seeing very small differences, like my face and my “bacon” (haha my back rolls :-P).
