It’s been hot in Houston, like REALLY hot. It always gets this way in the summer, but I’m never really prepared for it.

The other day (it was REALLY HOOOOT) and I went on a lunch run with a co-worker to Whole Foods. I ended finding some really good bottles of infused water for really cheap (or maybe they cost what they were supposed to. I’ve never found anything for under $1 at Whole Foods). My favorite choice was the watermelon, lime and mint water and I vowed to myself that I would make it at home for Bryan and I because I just couldn’t stand the thought of not having it on a hot weekend!

I was so excited to go grab all of the stuff for it, when I couldn’t find mint at the grocery store. I was kind of annoyed by that until I found out that you can buy a live mint plant on Amazon (so I did, and I’ll let you know how that turns out). I made this without the mint, but if you can find fresh mint at your grocery store, you’ll love this even more.
